- Any additional charges, taxes, fees, or local levies imposed by Service Providers or authorities are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies are determined by the Service Provider and may vary depending on the rate, room type, or booking conditions.
Cancellation policies are subject to change by the hotel or its authorized representative at any time. Any notification of such changes sent to the customer via the registered email address shall be deemed valid, binding, and effective, without requiring any additional consent from the customer.
MacQueen shall not be liable for any losses resulting from changes to cancellation policies imposed by Service Providers.

- Modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time;
- Update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. MacQueen Loyalty Program Terms of Service
By joining or using the MacQueen Loyalty Program, members agree to the following Terms of Use.
1. Program Overview
The MacQueen Loyalty Program allows members to earn MacQueen Points, referred to as MQs, on eligible bookings. MQs can be redeemed for discounts on future bookings. MQs have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. Earning MQs
Members earn MQs based on their loyalty tier and the booking amount in USD.
Earning Rates:
- Blue: 1 USD = 10 MQs
- Silver: 1 USD = 30 MQs
- Gold: 1 USD = 40 MQs
- Elite: 1 USD = 50 MQs
Calculation Formula:
Total MQs = Booking Amount × Earning Rate
MQs will be added to the member’s account within 2 days after the checkout date. Cancelled bookings are not eligible to earn MQs. MQs are valid for one year from the date they are earned.
3. Redeeming MQs
MQs can be redeemed for booking discounts.
Redemption Rate:
1,000 MQs = 1 USD
Members may use MQs to pay the full booking amount. Members may also use MQs for partial payment and pay the remaining amount using another accepted payment method.
MQs cannot be used together with:
- Voucher codes
- Mokafaa points
- Qitaf points
- Any other loyalty or rewards program
4. Cancellations and Refunds
If a fully refundable booking paid entirely with MQs is cancelled, the full refundable amount will be returned to the member’s MQ balance.
If a fully refundable booking paid partially with MQs is cancelled:
- The MQ portion will be returned to the member’s MQ account.
- The remaining refundable amount will be returned to the original payment method.
If a partially refundable booking paid in full with MQs is cancelled, only the refundable portion will be credited to the member’s MQ balance.
Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refunds, regardless of the payment method used.
5. Points Expiration
MQs expire automatically one year from the date they are earned. Expired MQs will be removed from the member’s balance.
Members with MQs approaching expiration within 90 days may receive reminder notifications.
The member’s profile will display a clear notice that all MQs expire one year from the earning date.
6. General Terms
MQs are not transferable. MQs may only be used within the MacQueen Loyalty Program.
MacQueen may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Program after any update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
